Booking Rules
a) There is a 100% service fee penalty for all no call/no show bookings. Also, you will be banned from making future appointments and deposits will be non-refundable.
b) Tardiness may happen with anyone. I greatly appreciate your notifying me at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment if you will be late.

I’m located at 3055 W 111th Street, suite 1S Chicago, IL 60655. I’m in the office by appointment on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm-9pm cst, and Saturday 7am-7pm.
